Our Staff

The nursery is staffed by nursery nurses and trained assistants.

We are very keen to ensure that all our staff have access to regular training and professional development.

We recognise that it is only through a trained and motivated workforce that we can deliver the necessary commitment and care to your children.

We concentrate on ensuring that there is a balance of age and experience amongst staff and our turnover of staff is extremely low.

We operate a key worker policy so that both you and your child have close contact with one member of staff who will share information with you and will send home a daily information sheet on your child's day at nursery.

Your childs key worker will also maintain a development record on your child to which you have access at any time.
