Early Days Nursery adhere to the Health Protection Agency Guidelines

Children may come into contact with many childhood illnesses whilst at the nursery. Parents will be advised if any infectious illness is identified in any child at the nursery.

To try to reduce the risk of cross infection we do ask that if your child is showing any signs of illness that they are not brought to the nursery. If your child becomes unwell during the day you will be contacted and asked to collect them as soon as possible.

A copy of the nursery's infection control policy is available to you. This details the most common illnesses, the infection period and time of exclusion from the nursery.

You are requested not to bring unprescribed drugs to the nursery or to ask any staff to administer them.
